RADAR™ Safety Readiness & Kinesthetic Competency
Applied Awareness. Practical Readiness. Real-World Response.
RADAR™ is a trauma-informed kinesthetic competency and preparedness program that builds practical awareness, self-regulation, decision-making, and response skills for real-world situations.
Participants learn a simple five-step framework:
Recognize — Notice potential risks and changes
Assess — Understand the situation before reacting
De-escalate — Reduce tension and avoid escalation
Act — Take appropriate and safe action
Report / Recover — Seek support, report when needed, and recover
Rather than relying on fear, aggression, or physical strength, RADAR™ focuses on prevention, preparedness, awareness, and responsible action.
RADAR™ is available through focused pathways for Community Safety Readiness, Frontline Workers, Organizations, and Youth.
