MISSION STATEMENT
A Different Approach to Personal and Community Development
The Elite Squad is a Toronto-based nonprofit focused on building human capacity through trauma-informed education and embodied learning.
We teach practical regulation skills, awareness, and responsibility through a structured progression, from open community classes to immersive retreats and applied safety programs.
Our work supports internal stability first, so clarity, resilience, and responsible action can follow naturally.

Return to Wholeness | REST™ Pathway (LEVEL 1–LEVEL 4)
Deep experiential retreats with guided integration
Return to Wholeness is a staged learning pathway for individuals ready to move beyond insight into embodied, lived change. The work is delivered through immersive retreats and facilitated learning that support real integration rather than pressure or performance.
The journey begins with L1 Regulate, a three-day retreat focused on restoring internal safety and nervous-system capacity. From there, participants continue through deeper levels of embodiment, clarity, and responsible action, supported by guided practice and community.
REST Pathway
-
L1 Regulate: Restore internal safety through retreat-based learning
-
L2 Embody: Build boundaries and embodied trust
-
L3 See: Develop clarity around patterns and relationships
-
L4 Take Responsibility: Apply insight through grounded action
RADAR™ Personal Safety
Applied Awareness and Real-World Safety Skills
RADAR™ is a practical personal safety program that applies awareness, presence, and decision-making skills to real-world situations. Rather than relying on fear or aggression, RADAR emphasizes prevention, perception, and responsible response.
RADAR™ complements the Return to Wholeness pathway by translating internal regulation and awareness into clear, confident action in everyday environments.
RADAR™ is suitable for individuals, organizations, and communities seeking practical safety skills grounded in awareness and responsibility.

When people are regulated, embodied, and aware, responsibility and resilience follow naturally.
